IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Please enter your 5-Digit SSC School Code in the "User ID" field.
2. The default password is "SSC School Code" followed by "@". Example: If your school code is 12345, the default password is 12345@.
3. Immediately after login, please change the default password as per the password requirements.
4. After submission of "Exam Details" in the UDISE Portal, please wait for 24 hours before logging in to the BSE Portal.
5. Please refer to the User Manual for complete details.

  1. All are requested to go through the "User Manual" carefully before login.
  2. All the HMs are informed that, "Edit Option" will be provided in the month of December for making any corrections in the Father Name / Mother Name in the UDISE Portal. All are instructed to submit the form and pay the fees as per the UDISE data before the due dates.
  3. If the APAAR ID is generated for the students, corrections cannot be made in the student's name and date of birth unless Aadhaar is corrected. The students may be advised to correct the details in Aadhaar only. Any changes in Aadhaar will automatically get reflected in the UDISE portal.
  4. Immediately after login, please enter the HM's phone number, email ID and confirm the UDISE code. The phone number and email ID can be edited to enter the correct number.
  5. All the CwSN Students and KGBV students are exempt from fee payment.
  6. The Disability Certificate Proforma is available on www.bse.ap.gov.in. The list of competent authorities to issue the Disability certificate is available in the G.O.Ms.No. 86, SE (Prog.II) Dept, Dated: 29-12-2021.
  7. After the payment of the Age Condonation Fee, only the payment receipt will be generated. No challan is generated. The payment receipt can be furnished to obtain the Age Condonation Certificate.
  8. The Private/ Failed Candidates list of SSC 2025 is available in the HM login for fee payment. Please go to the "FAILED STUDENTS REGISTRATION" Tab in the login to enter the details.
